GAZA CITY, Feb 22 (MENA) - Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, on Saturday morning handed over two Israeli captives to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in eastern Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
The latest release is a part of the seventh batch of the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire and captive-prisoner exchange agreement.
The two captives, Tal Shoham and Avera Mengistu, were handed over amid crowds of Palestinians residents and heavy deployment of Qassam Brigades fighters in their military uniform and weapons.
Another four captives will be handed over later in the day to the Red Cross in al Nuseirat Camp, in central Gaza. (MENA)
