CAIRO, Dec 25 (MENA) - Cairo Court of Appeal on Wednesday sentenced to death Karim Mohamed Selim, known in the media as the "Fifth Settlement serial killer".
In September, a Cairo criminal court issued a death sentence against Karim, who filed an appeal against the ruling before the Cairo Appeal Court within the prescribed legal period.
According to the prosecution, Karim Salim, 37, is accused of killing three women, engaging in sexual acts with them both before and after their deaths, recording videos of these acts, possessing drugs, and human trafficking. (MENA)
