CAIRO, Dec 12 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli highlighted the government’s commitment to the tourism sector, aiming to increase hotel capacity in key destinations to attract more tourists and enhance their experience.

During a meeting with Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathy, Madbouli emphasized the importance of leveraging Egypt’s unique attractions to drive growth and solidify its position as a global tourist destination.

Discussions focused on encouraging investment by streamlining procedures, fostering public-private partnerships, and offering new incentives for tourism projects.

The government is also upgrading infrastructure, including roads leading to major destinations, to improve accessibility and support sustainable growth in the sector. (MENA)
